Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Clique ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Clique. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

Prohibited content and behavior

You agree not to post, share, or transmit any content that:

• Is abusive, harassing, threatening, or intimidating toward any person or group
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative in nature
• Depicts or promotes self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities
• Contains or promotes illegal activity, including the sale of drugs, weapons, or stolen goods
• Is spam, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code

You also agree not to:

• Bully, stalk, or otherwise harass other users
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Use the app for any commercial or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's services or infrastructure

Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.

If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, please report it to support@cliqueapp.social.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post on Clique. By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the app as necessary to provide the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for advertising, AI training, or any purpose outside of operating the app.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

Disclaimers

Clique is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from errors.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Clique after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
